Professionalità zero e tanta maleducazione. Yesterday I called from Pisa to find out if they had a Sprayground baby carrier, the owner tells me yes and she has them. Dopo un anno circa si è rotta su una cucitura. Ho contattato telefonicamente la boutique, e poi mi sono recata in negozio. La proprietaria mi ha detto che non è possibile che abbia acquistato la borsa da loro perché non tengono queste borse (devo averlo sognato evidentemente, e lo scontrino che ho deve essere spuntato dal nulla!!!). Telefonicamente si era offerta di portarla a riparare lei. Non solo non ricordava la mia telefonata, ma ha negato di averlo detto. Mi ha negato anche la possibilità di mandarla in riparazione presso l'azienda Borbonese. Pessimo servizio!!! Contatterò direttamente la Borbonese e farò presente l'accaduto! Total lack of professionalism and high prices. A couple of years ago I bought a Borbonese bag for several hundred euros. After a year or so it broke on a seam. I contacted the boutique by phone, and then I went to the store. The owner told me that it is not possible that I bought the bag from them because they do not keep these bags (I must have obviously dreamed it, and the receipt I have must have come out of nowhere !!!). On the phone she had offered to take her to repair her. Not only did he not remember my phone call, but he denied having said it. He also denied me the possibility of sending it for repair at the Borbonese company. Bad service !!! I will contact Borbonese directly and report what happened!

Hello everyone, what can I say about this Gina shop in Pontedera, I found the owner is the lady in charge of the sale, kind and courteous, beautiful shop and excellent prices, I recommend it.

Per un telo mare da Euro 45 di Borbonese evidentemente difettoso in quanto sfilacciato nelle cuciture della bordatura, dopo averlo utilizzato solo per 15/20 giorni ad inizio estate e riposto per evitare peggioramenti (non certo per un uso improprio come asserisce la titolare) mi sono sentita rispondere con varie giustificazioni ed alla fine dopo circa 8 mesi il telo non mi è stato sostituito. Totale mancanza di professionalità e rispetto verso il cliente da parte della proprietaria che si rivolge in modo altezzoso. Servizio inadeguato, negozio sconsigliato. What a fool! For a Euro 45 beach towel from Borbonese obviously defective as it is frayed in the seams of the edging, after having used it only for 15/20 days at the beginning of summer and stored to avoid deterioration (certainly not for improper use as the owner claims) I heard a reply with various justifications and in the end after about 8 months the sheet was not replaced. Total lack of professionalism and respect towards the customer on the part of the owner who turns haughtily. Inadequate service, shop not recommended.
