β β β β β Arrived in Florence by train with a bad toothache. Scheduled an appointment with the office during the train ride. Went there immediately after arriving. I was seen immediately and a root canal was necessary. Completed in one hour by Dr. Picotti. Very well done. Very professional staff. It is now 48 Hours later and all pain is gone. I was given anabiotics and pain relief medicine. I highly recommend them. The facilities are very nice and very advanced. Vacation saved and now visiting Italy and Hungary pain-free.

He xrayed my tooth and made a crown fit better. He spoke English and filled me with confidence. When I tried to pay, it was free!!!
What a lovely surprise.

β β β β β During our stay in Florence for 1 month, my wisdom tooth began to come out and became infected so I had to have it removed during our trip. Dr. Fabio did such an amazing job! I was a bit nervous at first not knowing anything about how dental care in Italy is but they did such a great job! I didn't feel a thing and they were done so quickly. My surgery went very smooth and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend coming here for any of your dental needs!

β β β β β First of all: I had no appointment (even if it's suggested) they spoke English, and they took my pain seriously.
I was in bad pain of a tooth that already had root treatment 7 years ago. I took a lot of painkillers already. I was desperate because the only other way was quitting my holiday and get treatment at Germany.
I'm so glad I found this dentist. They made an xray and found out there could start a root infection.
He grinded off a bit of the tooth to release pressure while chewing and he prescripted me some pain killer and antibiotics. Only few hours later it's so much better after taking the antibiotics. I will go the dentist in Germany soon also. But for now the Doctore and his helping hands are day-saviors, holiday-saviors and life-saviors.
Oh and they didn't charge me. So nice. Even they didn't take the European insurance card.

β β β β β I signed up for an appointment with a toothache. An x-ray was taken of me. I paid 70 eur for the visit, which I guess is a good price for Florence. The contact with the reception was amazing. I got an appointment for the same day. I was seen by Dr. Fabio Piccotti. He was very polite and nice. Thanks to his help, the tooth stopped hurting after a few days and I didn't have to do a root canal. I thank him and recommend him :)
