★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per cause di salute gravi oltretutto dimostrabili,non sono potuto andare all appuntamento fissato dalla segreteria,e per questo motivo sopra indicato non ho avvisato in tempo che non sarei potuto andare.
Detto cio mi arriva una fattura da pagare di 82 euro per mancato appuntamento.
Non e giusto.
Dopo poi aver pagato 50 euro per visita medica d'urgenza durata forse 70 secondi.
Professionale? Direi L. Autorizzato e umanamente pessimo.

For serious reasons of health, moreover demonstrable, I was unable to go to the appointment set by the secretariat, and for this reason indicated above I did not notify in time that I could not go.
Having said that, I get an invoice of 82 euros to pay for missed appointments.
It's not right.
After then paying 50 euros for an emergency medical examination which lasted perhaps 70 seconds.
Professional? I would say L. Authorized and humanly bad.
