E ho capito davvero la superiorità nella qualità di questo miele NON PASTORIZZATO! Provare per credere. Ce n'è per tutti i gusti! Since I tasted Borvei honey for the first time, I have become greedy for it. Every breakfast I eat in different ways. And I really understood the superiority in the quality of this NON PASTEURIZED honey! Seeing is believing. There is something for everyone!

Ma la cosa che mi ha più stupito è la sensazione di assaggiare un miele appena tolto dal favo, si percepisce l'aroma come quando si ha la fortuna di masticare la cera del favo con il miele ancora dentro. TOP!! Sicuramente proverò le altre varianti. I tried the Millefiori, an extraordinary mix of scents. Mild caramelized flavor as I like it. But the thing that amazed me most is the sensation of tasting a honey just removed from the honeycomb, the aroma is perceived as when one is lucky enough to chew the honeycomb wax with the honey still inside. TOP!! I will definitely try the other variations.
