★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Addetta alla segreteria veramente maleducata voleva che le mostrassi il green pass .. peccato che per accedere alle cure dentistiche ( e a tutte le prestazioni sanitarie) non è necessario ( come da tabella pubblicata sul sito del governo) ! E neanche si è degnata di scusarsi ! Oltre all'ignoranza anche l' arroganza ! Complimenti
Really rude secretary clerk wanted me to show her the green pass .. pity that to access dental care (and all health services) it is not necessary (as per the table published on the government website)! And she didn't even deign to apologize! In addition to ignorance also arrogance! Well done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negativo! mi hanno disdetto l’appuntamento ben 2 volte. La prima chiamata l’hanno fatta il giorno prima dicendo che avrebbero dovuto fare dei corsi, rimandandomi all’attesa di altri 2 giorni.. la seconda chiamata me l’hanno fatta la mattina stessa dell’appuntamento dicendo di aver avuto problemi con i medici, tentando nuovamente di rimandare tutto. Alla fine ho trovato un altro dentista molto simpatico che mi ha risolto il problema il giorno stesso e con prezzo molto basso.. Dovevo solo ricostruire un pezzetto di un dente frontale scheggiato.. una roba da 30 minuti davvero.. anche se gentili al telefono, poco professionali di fatto..
Negative! they canceled my appointment twice. They made the first call the day before saying that they should have taken courses, postponing me to wait for another 2 days .. the second call they made me the same morning of the appointment saying they had problems with the doctors , again trying to postpone everything. Eventually I found another very nice dentist who solved the problem for me the same day and for a very low price .. I just had to reconstruct a piece of a chipped front tooth .. 30 minutes stuff really .. albeit polite on the phone , unprofessional in fact ..

accoglienza con personale gentilissimo, medici e infermieri professionalmente preparati e cordiali. L'attenzione al cliente per tutta la durata dell'intervento è perfetta, completano il rapporto telefonate preventive per ricordarti l'appuntamento ed eventuali medicinali prescritti
e successive per sapere se ci sono o meno dei problemi.
Consigliatissimo.

welcome with very kind staff, professionally trained and friendly doctors and nurses. The attention to the customer for the entire duration of the intervention is perfect, preventive phone calls complete the report to remind you of the appointment and any prescribed medicines
and later to find out if there are any problems or not.
