In occasione del mio matrimonio lo scorso settembre decidiamo di rivolgerci a questa agenzia in quanto comoda perchè vicino casa.
Tutto bene il matrimonio e anche la luna di miele, il problema sorge dopo il nostro ritorno in quanto avanzavano dei soldi versati come regalo dagli invitati presso il conto della agenzia a nostro favore. Una bella cifra di oltre 2 mila euro. Facciamo presente al titolare che ce li può versare anche subito e lui dice di avere effettuato il versamento con bonifico bancario, ma sul nostro conto non è arrivato nulla. Allora ritorniamo e glielo facciamo presente, ma lui trova delle scusanti tipo si sarà sbagliata la banca, non capisco, vedo di rifarvelo ma in realtà passano altri giorni e non arriva niente. Per farla breve siamo dovuti tornare a sollecitarlo per altre minimo 10 volte sinceramente preoccupati di non rivedere piu i nostri regali di nozze.Li ha resi a fatica dopo varie penose vicissitudini che non vi sto a raccontare dopo 2 mesi.

In short we had to go back to solicit him for at least 10 times sincerely worried about not seeing our wedding gifts again.
