★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo,dopo aver cambiato lo schermo mi hanno dato il cellulare con il sensore di impronte che non funzionava piu,questo perché si erano dimenticati di unire dei fili!!!inaccettabile inoltre il fatto che il prezzo che inizialmente mi avevano detto che avrei dovuto pagare era inferiore a quello che poi ho realmente pagato!!i due venditori inoltre si contraddicono,quando ho riportato il cellulare per farmi riattacare o fili dell sensore (gratuitamente) uno mi ha detto che ci sarebbero vulute settimane ho deciso quindi di aspettare,una settimana dopo lo ho riportato e l'altro negoziante mi ha detto che ci sarebbe voluto un quarto d'ora circa!! Inaccettabile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a riparare un iPhone 5S che era ridotto molto male: touch dello schermo malfunzionante, batteria esaurita e scocca piena di ammaccature.
Con due appuntamenti, ho il telefono quasi nuovo: hanno sostituito tutto con dei buoni componenti. Non è il solito centro di riparazione improvvisato.
I took to repair an iPhone 5S that was in very bad shape: malfunctioning touch screen, dead battery and body full of dents.
With two appointments, I have the phone almost new: they replaced everything with good components. It's not your usual makeshift repair center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta a loro per una sostituzione di un monitor. In pochissimo tempo hanno trovato il pezzo di ricambio, fatto consegnare in negozio in pochissimo tempo e sostituito il pezzo il giorno stesso...tutto questo ad un prezzo davvero onesto! Davvero consigliato!
I turned to them for a monitor replacement. In no time they found the spare part, had it delivered to the shop in no time and replaced the part on the same day ... all this at a really fair price! Really recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho collaborato diverse volte con Stefano e il suo assistente Petros. Posso dire con sicurezza che sono competenti nel loro lavoro, hanno sempre saputo darmi una risposta. Sia che si tratti di pc che di telefonia, hanno esperienza da vendere. Unica pecca, alle volte sono sommersi di lavoro e i tempi di attesa si allungano.
I have collaborated several times with Stefano and his assistant Petros. I can confidently say that they are competent in their work, they have always known how to give me an answer. Whether it's PCs or telephony, they have experience to sell. The only flaw, sometimes they are overwhelmed with work and waiting times are longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Praticamente impossibile avere assistenza da loro quando si hanno problemi, inaffidabili e poco corretti. Per riuscire ad avere un appuntamento per montare la linea linkem che avevo richiesto ci sono volute settimane, è una volta fatto non hanno nemmeno completato l'attivazione nel modo corretto, costringendomi a fare tutto autonomamente tramite operatore mentre ero all'estero perché loro nemmeno si sono degnati di rispondere per risolvere il problema.
Virtually impossible to get assistance from them when you have problems, unreliable and incorrect. To be able to have an appointment to assemble the linkem line that I requested, it took weeks, once they did, they didn't even complete the activation in the correct way, forcing me to do everything autonomously through an operator while I was abroad because they didn't even are deigned to answer to solve the problem.
