Grazie alla celere risposta, educata disponibilità, professionalità e conoscenza del territorio, sono riuscita finalmente a individuare l'immobile da acquistare (sono prossima alla firma del contratto definitivo d'acquisto, data l'accettazione della proposta). Inoltre mi ha anche suggerito e trovato un'ottima soluzione d'affitto provvisoria per quelli che saranno i tempi necessari per trasformare la casa acquistata, in quella dei miei sogni. Pubblicano annunci di affitti esortando a contattarli via mail e dopo più di 2 settimane di attesa e diverse mail inviate, nessuno si è degnato di rispondere e l'annuncio è stato anche cancellato. Se poi li contatti telefonicamente, sperando in una risposta, ti rispondono in modo alquanto scortese, ribadendo che per quanto riguarda gli affitti, accettano solo comunicazioni via mail. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE QUESTA AGENZIA. PESSIMI. Definitely unprofessional. They publish rental advertisements urging you to contact them via email and after more than 2 weeks of waiting and several emails sent, no one deigned to reply and the advertisement was also canceled. If you then contact them by phone, hoping for an answer, they answer you in a rather rude way, reiterating that as far as rents are concerned, they only accept email communications.
