★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivono della fama (e dei rapporti professionali) acquisiti tra anni '80 e anni '90, quando chi lavorava in prima linea erano i 2 soci, e nella "Parma bene" sono ancora un "nome". Ora personale di dubbia competenza, che non ha nemmeno l'onore della visualizzazione del proprio cognome negli account email, e soci completamente distaccati dalla realtà quotidiana e da quello che fanno i loro "anonimi" collaboratori, se non per alcuni clienti elitari. Il problema è che i prezzi (per tutti) sono rimasti quelli di un servizio di prim'ordine
