I dottori sono bravi, nulla da dire a riguardo, ma la segreteria fa pietà, una persona non può parlare con un medico che il telefono è perennemente occupato, in questo momento sono in attesa da 43 minuti, nulla di nulla. Fortunatamente non ho nulla di grave ma non è possibile attendere giorni e giorni per parlar con qualcuno o per una semplice impegnativa. Il lunedi e il venerdi poi sembrano non esser considerati giorni lavorativi dato che non risponde assolutamente nessuno. Veramente un servizio pessimo.
