Some blocks have less quality than the others and you still pay the same amount of money which is still NOT very cheap as it's 330 euros for a room with a private toilet and a shared kitchen with 12 people. Blocks A,B and C are almost all the same and they are the old ones. Blocks E and F are the better ones, they are new and clean. Al least that's what I saw in few rooms.

In general the rooms are adequate. As of October 2019 all rooms in A, B, and C have free wireless Internet. So you don't need an internet cable anymore. There are facilities such as the Unibar, laundry room, and gym. The Unibar is fairly cheap and the food is decent. For the laundry room you pay €1,80 per washing and €1,00 to use the dryer. The gym is free for students living in San Bartolomeo and is reasonably equipped. Overall, I can recommend Opera Universitaria. Edit: 20-11-19

Quiet nice place to live on ??

Student housing for University of Trento students. Very very international environment. Both single and double rooms are available. Pretty much all the facilities for students are available including Gym, study room, open space, play grounds, indoor games, wifi and wire connections. you may need to share the kitchen with other students (with 15 to 25 people, depends on which block you are in)

A very comfortable and friendly place for Students of University of Trento. Friendly staff and International friends to make along with studies... Self cooking kitchen and all other stuff is well maintained

Not worth its price. Disadvantages: The kitchens are terrible, you can never leave your stuff in the fridge without thinking that it will be stolen during the night. A lot of my stuff was stolen, Mediators did nothing, only sending emails that they will punish those who did that, but obviously nothing changed and they keep stealing. Because of that I spent a lot buying just a single portions of stuff. Also sound isolation in the rooms is very bad, I live close to the common room and I always hear them speaking. Not cool when you are trying to study or sleep. A lot of insects everywhere. You cannot open your balcony without further noticing of some spider or ants in your room, especially if you live on the ground floor. They don't provide students with anti-insect net on the window. This one is a minor issue, but for me it was kind of uncomfortable. They don't have a common iron and iron board, so if you need to iron something you need to either know someone or simply buy your own. A lot of control over everything in general. Leaving your shoes next to the entrance to your room is not allowed, chairs from common areas aren't allowed to be in your room etc. There's also 1 guy in the Reception Desk you should avoid contacting if you ever have any issue. Incredibly rude and unpleasant person. Advantages: Blocks E and F are nice, rooms are spacious enough with private bathroom A lot of common spaces Train station nearby Linen and towels change every 10 days Card access to your room, so you don't have to worry about switching off stuff, the electricity is off automatically, once you leave your room.

The Opera offices at this location suck. The front offices here are disappointing and they all are not in sync within themselves. The mediation office here isn't very reliable either as they do partiality and favor certain residents more than others. Their words have no real value. Assurances are made only to be broken and they don't care if you suffer because at the end of the day their business is running fine with or without you. It is utterly disheartening and a sad reality that students coming here for the first time have to be at their mercy with not very many alternatives left at their disposal.

That was my first experience in dorms abroad my country. For 6 months and half of stay, I really got biased and started thinking the whole world dorms are as such. I discovered that this high quality for that cheap price is an exclusive feature in Sanba. Unforgettable, incomparable, unbeatable.
