They keep the money from the bail ($ 500) and cheat you by giving lousy laundry and internet services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They always keep part of the deposit (500€). Bad wi-fi. Not-working laundry room. Very hard communication with administration (hardly ever answer e-mails).

Pretty nice and quiet area with groceries stores in walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a terrible experience. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION, never felt so ignored. They keep the deposit without explaining why. Bad WiFi. When I got there, there was no laundry, but after a few months they installed a machine and it was full of hair and was broken literally after 3 days.
