Gli studenti che riescono a prendersi un posto qui sono fortunatissimi.
L'edificio è enorme ed è occupato per la maggior parte da stanze per i ragazzi; sono presenti però anche " aule studio", un'aula video e l'auditorium, come una palestra e una mensa che serve colazione e cena. Il giardino è abbastanza grande e offre la possibilità di fumare, per chi non riesce a farne a meno.
Lo studentato è molto dinamico e viene utilizzato anche per altri scopi, come ospitare conferenze.
