★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a no-nonsense place for fried fish, Marche style. Orders are collected at the till, then you find a table and wait till someone from the kitchen yells your name. You set your table, fill your water, wine or beer carafe, and clean up afterwards. The food is very good.
The place is quite a local favourite, so reserving is strongly recommended.

Staff sympathy and empathy is high.
Good the idea of hybrid self service formula.
