Rispetto molto chi lavora nella ristorazione di questi tempi non è facile. Però devo essere sincera e il piatto che ho scelto non mi è piaciuto molto e mi è rimasto un po' sullo stomaco. Ho preso una grigliata di pesce. Sembrava più pesce gratinato al forno, la panatura che hanno messo secondo me ha rovinato il piatto e lo ha reso pesante, di solito lo trovo leggero. Avrei preferito saperlo prima così cambiavo la pietanza. Di solito il pesce alla griglia, a parte la marinatura, non ha altro. Peccato perché comunque il pesce sembrava buono. A parte la posizione fantastica, che la proprietaria del locale mi ha spiegato essere una ricostruzione degli anni '50 sulla pianta di un precedente fortino napoleonico distrutto durante la guerra, l'encomio va alla cucina è alla gentilezza del personale. Per la prima, sottolineo la qualità eccellente delle materie prime (pesce in primis) e la cura nel cucinarle, per la seconda l'attenzione, la cortesia e la non invadenza che a volte, purtroppo, si trova in qualche locale anche di pretese. Posso immaginare che nei momenti di punta, la cucina possa andare in affanno, ma non ho contato più di una sessantina di coperti e ritengo che, se gli avventori si comportano civilmente, l'ambiente resti piacevole e godibile anche con qualche momento di attesa che si può perdonare senza voler essere intolleranti ad ogni costo. Alla Rotonda Bruscoli personalmente vado per il pesce, sempre fresco. E' un ristorante che frequento da tanti anni, sempre soddisfatto. Prendo spesso la carbonara di mare, che mi sento di consigliare. A quanto pare è cambiato il cuoco e l'ultima versione è la mia preferita, la salsa di mare lega bene la pasta e poi ci sono pezzi di gambero che creano un contrasto dolce con la salinità della crema di base. Per quanto riguarda i prezzi, del tutto normali per i locali sul mare di Pesaro. Ad esempio, ci sono stato da poco con la mia compagna e abbiamo preso due carbonare di mare abbondanti e mezzo litro di vino, spendendo sui 15 Euro a testa. Apparently the cook has changed and the latest version is my favorite, the sea sauce binds pasta well and then there are pieces of shrimp that create a sweet contrast with the salinity of the base cream. As for the prices, quite normal for the places on the sea in Pesaro. For example, I have been there recently with my partner and we have taken two abundant sea carbonas and half a liter of wine, spending about 15 Euros each.

Merita sicuramente una visita, cucina piatti semplici con un livello normale possibilità anche di pizze per chi arriva con bimbi al seguito. ?Consigliato Restaurant which has 250 degree fantastic sea views and there is inside. Definitely worth visiting, cooking simple dishes with a normal level of pizzas possibilities also for those arriving with children in tow. ?Consigliato

Vivamente consigliato. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo...?? Beautiful restaurant directly on the sea. Excellent dishes, from appetizer to dessert all very good ... very helpful and kind staff. T	TheDusso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati io e la mia ragazza a mangiare qui a pranzo mercoledi 11 agosto, posto con vista spettacolare, menu a pranzo ridotto ma come scritto sul menu apposta per avere il pesce fresco, porzioni giuste/abbondanti e buone. Alla sera fanno anche la pizza ma purtoppo non abbiamo fatto in tempo a provarla, se la prossima estate torniamo a Pesaro ci torniamo di sicuro. My girlfriend and I ate here for lunch on Wednesday 11th August, place with spectacular view, reduced lunch menu but as written on the menu on purpose to have fresh fish, right / generous and good portions. In the evening they also make pizza but unfortunately we didn't have time to try it, if we go back to Pesaro next summer we will go back for sure.
