Le docce nello spogliatoio avevano solo acqua bollente e la maniglia per cambiare temperatura era rotta.. 70 € for two people in a place where half of the things don't work or work badly is really excessive. The showers in the changing room only had boiling water and the handle to change the temperature was broken ..

Per non parlare dell'incompetenza di una persona dello staff che non è nemmeno a conoscenza del regolamento dell'impianto. Sconsigliato. Bad experience! Excessive prices for the services offered. € 70 for an hour and a half of spa for two on Monday afternoon. Not to mention the incompetence of a staff person who is not even aware of the plant regulations. Not recommended.

Probabilmente avevano fretta di chiudere e andarsene. (70 € per due persone per un'ora e mezza è veramente eccessivo) Non ci tornerò. Not recommended! The staff are not trained. After an hour and a half in the spa they literally sent us away even though we had paid to stay 3 hours. They were probably in a hurry to close and leave. (70 € for two people for an hour and a half is really excessive) I will not go back.

Purtroppo, le persone all interno sono spesso poco educate e parlano ad altissima voce, e nessuno dello staff si è mai fatto vivo per ricordare che in questi luoghi per rilassarsi urge rispetto altrui e silenzio. Nn è neppure presente la solita musica rilassante in sotto fondo. Davvero fastidioso passare ore che dovrebbe essere di relax in questa confusione! Inoltre, la piscina è fredda ed anche il bagno turco nn è caldo abbastanza. I love spas and am a lover of this genre. I have been several times and I have always found the same weak elements. The spa has a nice facility. Unfortunately, the people inside are often not very polite and speak very loudly, and none of the staff has ever shown up to remind you that in these places, respect for others and silence is urgent to relax. There is not even the usual relaxing music in the background. Really annoying to spend hours that should be relaxing in this mess! Also, the pool is cold and the Turkish bath is not hot enough either.

Una volta arrivate abbiamo scoperto che la spa era vietata ai bambini fino a 16. Abbiate la correttezza di mettere su booking informazioni vere sarebbe sicuramente più serio e professionale da parte vostra. Una stella anche x la pulizia e l'igiene . Once we arrived we discovered that the spa was forbidden to children up to 16. Having the correctness to put true information on booking would certainly be more serious and professional on your part. Forse alcune parti, come il percorso kneipp che ha dei getti non funzionanti, andrebbero sistemate a regola d'arte, ma nel complesso è molto ben tenuta e soprattutto molto pulita. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo:€ 35 per tre ore di percorso con frutta secca, frutta fresca e tisane nell'area relax. Un nota di merito alla signora addetta alla reception che visto il bagno turco non funzionante ci ha scontato il prezzo finale. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Excellent value for money: € 35 for a three-hour journey with dried fruit, fresh fruit and herbal teas in the relaxation area. A note of merit to the lady at the reception who saw the turkish bath not working and discounted the final price. We will definitely be going back.
E	Elane Peixoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato un mese prima per festeggiare il mio compleanno,volevo fare l'aperitivo...dato 50 euro di acconto perché secondo loro dovevano comprare da mangiare e mi avrebbero dato una bottiglia di prosecco...eravamo in 4 speso 140 euro per 2 ore e ci hanno dato noccioline e mezzo calice di prosecco scadente a testa... sicuramente non ritorno...alla richiesta di spiegazioni la ragazza alla reception è stata poco disponibile ma ci ha portato da finire la bottiglia aperta per noi...mi dispiace perché il posto è carino,pulizia ok,piscina con alcuni getti idro non funzionanti...c'è di meglio in giro,per quello che viene offerto prezzo eccessivo.
