M	Matteo Boscolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cucina e living ordinati e saldati a Luglio 2021. Mobili consegnati e montati a Novembre dello stesso anno. Per 2 volte dal magazzino hanno dimenticato dei pezzi quindi il lavoro non è stato completato. Ad oggi, 9 Aprile, ancora mancano una porta, due mensole ed un pezzo di top della cucina. Sono passati 5 mesi dall’ultimo intervento dei montatori, 9 dal saldo dell’ordine. Nessuno si è degnato mai di prendersi in carico il problema, telefonando ripetutamente l’unica risposta ottenuta è che non sanno quando arriveranno le cose. Assolutamente poca serietà e nessuna attenzione al cliente, atteggiamento del tutto inaccettabile. Kitchen and living room ordered and welded in July 2021. Furniture delivered and assembled in November of the same year. Two times from the warehouse they forgot pieces so the job was not completed. As of today, April 9th, a door, two shelves and a piece of kitchen top are still missing. 5 months have passed since the last intervention of the fitters, 9 from the balance of the order. No one has ever deigned to take charge of the problem, calling repeatedly, the only answer obtained is that they do not know when things will arrive. Absolutely little seriousness and no attention to the customer, completely unacceptable attitude.

Dopo aver girato alcuni mobilifici, mi sono imbattuta nello Stosa Store di Mestre (VE) dove sono stata piacevolmente colpita dalla qualità dei prodotti e dove ho trovato una grande disponibilità e professionalità da parte del sig. Luigi, cosa non trovata in altri negozi. Ha progettato la cucina dei nostri sogni con dettagli da renderla unica, come ad esempio la dispensa nascosta dietro alle colonne o la cappa aspirante dal design moderno. I tempi di realizzazione e montaggio sono stati rispettati. Il risultato è una cucina splendida, di qualità, tanto da ricevere i complimenti di tutti coloro che ci fanno visita. Consiglio di affidarvi al signor Luigi e allo staff di Stosa Store di Mestre! In choosing the furniture for my new home, I gave fundamental importance to the living area and the kitchen in particular. After touring some furniture factories, I came across the Stosa Store in Mestre (VE) where I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the products and where I found a great availability and professionalism from Mr. Luigi, something not found in other stores. He has designed the kitchen of our dreams with details to make it unique, such as the pantry hidden behind the columns or the modern design extractor hood. The times of realization and assembly have been respected. The result is a splendid, quality cuisine, so much so that it receives the compliments of all those who visit us. P	Pasquale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A seguito del montaggio della cucina, posso concludere la mia esperienza da Stosa, in maniera positiva, dopo una prima recensione riguardo la fase di acquisto seguita da Barbara, nel punto vendita Di Mestre,della quale sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto, posso dire la stessa cosa riguardo tutta la fase del dopo vendita, I montatori Stosa davvero esperti, hanno eseguito il montaggio in maniera perfetta, disponibili pazienti e precisi,poi la cucina davvero bella di qualità, ante, cerniere, finiture ottime, top in quarzo, hanno impreziosita la mia casa. m	matteo zambon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo questa recensione in quanto molto deluso dall’atteggiamento del personale dello Stosa Store di Venezia. All’inizio (ottobre 2020) abbiamo trovato disponibilità da parte di Stosa, fino alla definizione del progetto e della relativa conferma d’ordine. I problemi sono iniziati successivamente, con la consegna della cucina posticipata di un mese rispetto a quanto promesso. Una volta montata la cucina eravamo soddisfatti da un punto di vista estetico, mentre rimanevano dei particolari che non posto, come ad esempio il lavabo mal fissato sul piano (la parte posteriore è rialzata rispetto al piano stesso, il riempitivo a parete non installato e il miscelatore mal fissato (anche se il miscelatore lo ho fornito io, e me ne prendo in parte la responsabilità). A Marzo 2021 ho ricevuto da loro rassicurazioni circa punti da sistemare, dicendoci che stava aspettando il riempitivo. Ne aprofittai per per chiedere un’antina aggiuntiva, di misure 15x60 che avrei pagato a parte. Passano i mesi ma nessuna notizia, al che il giorno 22 Luglio invio loro una mail con i dettagli da sistemare e la richiesta dell’offerta per la famosa antina. Zero Assoluto... Chiamo ancora ad Agosto, ricevo ancora rassicurazioni.. niente. Aspetto ancora.. chiamo e ricevo rassicurazioni... ma nulla.. alla fine mi chiamano a metà novembre e niente.. alla fine dopo numerosi solleciti mi scrivono che l’antina è rotta e dovranno riordinarla... ovviamente quello che c’era da sistemare non è mai stato fatto, anche se la cucina “avrebbe” una garanzia di 5 anni. The problems started later, with the delivery of the kitchen delayed by one month compared to what was promised. Once the kitchen was assembled, we were satisfied from an aesthetic point of view, while some details remained that were not placed, such as the washbasin poorly fixed on the countertop (the rear part is raised above the countertop itself, the wall filler not installed and the badly fixed mixer (even if I supplied the mixer, and I take part of the responsibility for it). In March 2021 I received reassurances from them about points to be fixed, telling us that he was waiting for the filler. I took advantage of it to ask for an additional door, measuring 15x60, which I would have paid separately. Months went by but no news, and on July 22 I sent them an email with the details to be fixed and the request for an offer for the famous door. Absolute zero... I call again in August, I still get reassurance .. nothing. I am still waiting .. I call and receive reassurance ... but nothing .. in the end they call me in mid-November and nothing .. at the end after numerous reminders they write me that the door is broken and they will have to rearrange it ... obviously what is there it had to be fixed it was never done, even if the kitchen "would have" a 5 year guarantee.

Consegnata il 4 novembre e già questo dice tanto, però, vabbé, è un anno particolare, un pò di ritardo è da tenere in considerazione. Il problema è che il ripiano in pietra è arrivato spaccato e quindi la cucina è inutilizzabile. Ad oggi 21 Dicembre, ancora non sanno quando verranno a montare il ripiano. Se siete ancora in tempo, andate altrove e salvatevi, almeno voi! Kitchen paid on July 29 ... È stata montata comunque, con qualche problema, in attesa del modello corretto. Dopo 4 mesi arriva la cucina corretta ma i montatori sono approssimativi, segano un serramento senza chiedere per far stare una alzatina, lo zoccolo è storto, il frigo non ai chiude. Passate due settimane sono ancora in attesa che tornino a sistemare almeno il frigo. Dopo la recensione sono stato contattato dall'azienda. Dopo un sopralluogo in cui hanno appurato i problemi della cucina e la finestra danneggiata risolvono la cosa offrendomi un buono sconto su un nuovo acquisto senza riparare la cucina e senza rimborsare la finestra. Nice furniture, bad service, bad fitters. I bought a kitchen, the wrong model arrived. It was mounted anyway, with some problems, waiting for the correct model. After 4 months the correct kitchen arrives but the fitters are approximate, they saw a window without asking to make a backsplash stand, the plinth is crooked, the fridge does not close. After two weeks they are still waiting for them to come back to fix at least the fridge. After the review I was contacted by the company. After an inspection in which they have ascertained the problems of the kitchen and the damaged window, they solve the problem by offering me a discount coupon on a new purchase without repairing the kitchen and without refunding the window.

Ringraziamo in particolare il venditore Giampaolo, che è riuscito a consigliarci e a guidarci sulla scelta migliore per la nostra cucina, valutando in modo professionale spazi e luce della stanza. After 8 months it is still perfect, excellent material that is easy to clean (white opaque Pet). We especially thank the seller Giampaolo, who managed to advise and guide us on the best choice for our kitchen, professionally evaluating the spaces and light of the room.
