Ho ordinato 1 ferro da stiro alla fine dβagosto via mail, per 2 mesi ho telefonato settimanalmente e mi hanno sempre risposto che dovevo avere pazienza (troppo impegnati persino per rispondere ad una mail!!!!) senza mai indicarmi quando avrebbero potuto evadere il mio ordine.
Alla fine di ottobre ho rinunciato.
Ho avuto un loro ferro da stiro per 23 anni... ora ho capito perché è durato così a lungo.... per averne un altro ci vogliono anni evidentemente...
Γ la prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere! Da non credere...
Absolutely unreliable company! I ordered 1 iron at the end of August via email, for 2 months I phoned weekly and they always replied that I had to be patient (too busy even to reply to an email !!!!) without ever telling me when they could escape my order.
At the end of October I gave up.
I had their own iron for 23 years ... now I understand why it lasted so long .... to have another one it takes years evidently ...
It's the first time something like this happens to me! Beyond belief...
