Spero che il servizio arrivi presto anche a Milano I experienced Stirapp during a stay in Rimini. I had a great time. They collected the shirts and returned them washed and ironed in 48 hours. I hope that the service will arrive soon in Milan too

Ho lasciato il tutto al portiere ed il giorno dopo il tutto è ritornato in portineria. Avevo chiesto solo di stirare dato che il lavaggio l'ho effettuato io con la mia lavatrice. Ottima applicazione e servizio, davvero utile! Spero lo estenderete presto a città più piccole come Viterbo, Perugia, l'Aquila, ecc, che sicuramente farebbe solo che del bene. Sto ancora aspettando che mi restituiscano €25 perché neanche sul sito internet hanno segnalato la chiusura e per questo 1 mese fa acquistai un buono. ATTENTION: The gentlemen of Stirapp have closed the business but have not reported it to Google. I am still waiting for them to give me back € 25 because not even on the website they have reported the closure and for this 1 month ago I bought a voucher.
P	Paolo Paris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo è un complimento. Ho ordinato un ritiro di 15 camicie, viene un signore a ritirarle senza alcuna busta. Improvvisiamo un sacchetto in cui mettere delle camicie PULITE, ma non tutte perchè il sacco era troppo piccolo, quindi il signore le porta via mettendole sottobraccio, nello specifico sotto l' ascella. Chiamo il servizio clienti, se così si può chiamare, mi dicono se voglio anche il lavaggio (davo per scontato che fosse offerto da loro siccome il "danno" è stato causato da loro) ovviamente pagato a prezzo pieno. Mi hanno tornato i soldi, come se fosse questo che fa un servizio clienti buono ma direi che avete molta strada da fare. Imparate da Amazon e vi auguro il meglio ma con un servizio clienti simile aspettatevi di chiudere domani. Già sconsigliato a tutti perchè avete solo fatto perdere tempo e in più mi avete costretto a rilavare delle camicie che vi sono state consegnate pulite ma sono tornate sporche. MAH............ Bad is a compliment. I have ordered a collection of 15 shirts, a gentleman comes to collect them without any envelopes. We improvise a bag in which to put some CLEAN shirts, but not all of them because the bag was too small, so the gentleman takes them away by putting them under his arm, specifically under the armpit. I call customer service, if you can call it that, they tell me if I also want the wash (I assumed it was offered by them as the "damage" was caused by them) obviously paid at full price. I got my money back, like that's what good customer service does but I would say you have a long way to go. Learn from Amazon and I wish you the best but with similar customer service expect to close tomorrow. Already not recommended for everyone because you have only wasted time and in addition you have forced me to rewash some shirts that have been delivered clean but have come back dirty. MAH ............
