★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un problema al bruciatore del frigo a gas del camper. Ho telefonato al sabato pomeriggio se per lunedì potevano ricevermi. Non solo mi hanno detto di si, ma quando mi sono presentato, verificato che il terminale era stato smontato e non rimontato, hanno provveduto a rimettere tutto in funzionamento. Vero che hanno provveduto in 10 minuti, ma non hanno neanche voluto farsi pagare l'intervento. Ancora mille grazie. Paolo
I had a problem with the gas fridge burner in the camper. I called on Saturday afternoon if they could see me by Monday. Not only did they tell me yes, but when I introduced myself, they checked that the terminal had been disassembled and not reassembled, they proceeded to put everything back into operation. True, they did it in 10 minutes, but they didn't even want to get paid for the surgery. Many thanks again. Paul

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi è stato consigliato da altri camperisti, ne avevo letto le recensioni prima di portare il mio camper da loro in data 2 dicembre 2021. Officina pulita davvero ben organizzata. Stefano e Marco due persone di una professionalità e correttezza che oggigiorno è davvero difficile trovare. Ho fatto installare I manager, kit regolatore dual per le bombole della Truma, pagando questi accessori lo stesso prezzo di quello trovato on line, (venduti da alcune blasonate officine del Nord Italia, come in super offerta).
Al ritiro del mezzo consegnatomi nella data concordata, non c'è stata alcuna sorpresa di differenza di prezzo come solitamente accade anzi hanno sostituito di iniziativa anche delle guarnizioni logore. Mi limito a scrivere altro perchè potrei sembrare di parte ma ritengo di consigliare vivamente questa Officina a chi come me è esigente e guarda anche al lato economico.

It was not recommended to me by other campers, I had read the reviews before taking my RV to them on 2 December 2021. Really well organized clean workshop. Stefano and Marco two people with a professionalism and fairness that today is really difficult to find. I had the manager, dual regulator kit for Truma cylinders installed, paying for these accessories the same price as the one found online, (sold by some famous workshops in Northern Italy, as in super offer).
Upon collection of the vehicle delivered to me on the agreed date, there was no surprise in the price difference as usually happens, on the contrary, they also replaced the worn gaskets on their own initiative. I will limit myself to writing more because I might seem biased but I strongly recommend this workshop to those like me who are demanding and also look at the economic side.
