M	Marta Mignone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la mia esperienza online con loro è stata pessima. ho ordinato dei prodotti che non erano più disponibili ma non era segnalato da nessuna parte, così invece che ricevere la merce in 3 giorni (come dice il loro sito) si son fatti sentire via email dopo una settimana dicendo che il prodotto non era disponibile e sarebbe "forse" arrivato settimane più tardi, rimbalzando ovviamente la colpevolezza ad altri. in tutto questo, il numero di telefono segnalato sul sito, non è mai stato raggiungibile (occupato? staccato? inesistente?). sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare da loro, gli stessi prodotti si trovano su altri siti molto più efficenti!! my online experience with them was very bad. I ordered products that were no longer available but were not reported anywhere, so instead of receiving the goods in 3 days (as their website says) they made themselves heard via email after a week saying that the product was not available and it would "maybe" come weeks later, obviously bouncing the guilt back to others. in all this, the telephone number reported on the site was never reachable (busy? disconnected? non-existent?). I strongly advise against buying from them, the same products are found on other sites much more efficient!

Li contatto a fatica e, quando vi riesco, spiego educatamente il problema. In definitiva mi rispondono che l'azienda fornitrice ha cambiato articolo e le foto riferibili sono purtroppo del precedente prodotto. Mi invitano quindi a rinviare il pezzo A MIE SPESE in cambio di un buono per futuri acquisti (non rimborso). Alle mie rimostranze mi spiegano arrogantemente che all'atto dell'acquisto ho virtualmente firmato un contratto che prevede eventuali cambiamenti in corso d'opera. Lascio a chi legge la valutazione del caso... Bad experience! Non una email, non una telefonata di scuse per il disservizio causato. Per non parlare del fatto che se l'acquisto è concluso ed il consumatore ha pagato il prezzo dell’articolo (e così è stato), l’errore sul prezzo esposto, (se non palese e facilmente riconoscibile) non può essere opposto al consumatore ai fini dell’annullamento dell’ordine. Infatti, nelle offerte al pubblico il venditore online, deve rispettare il prezzo pubblicizzato e dunque, in caso di errore, dovrà accollarsi la perdita economica. Poco seri, DA EVITARE.
