★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought one small Mercedes for my wife. And next day morning I found one stone chip on the windshield. With gluded one which should be mentioned thru mechanical check. My fault was I trust too much this stefauto Mercedes without basic own eye check. Our dealer who does not knew what was in the car as fault check. Even we did not wash the windshield screen during check also until we brought the car to modena wife's mom house. To start my new ferrari. Anyway I agree this is part of my fault so for you.Highly recommend check all the parts as much as possible before you sign the hand over paper. My New York Mercedes dealer was different compare with this shop. Even ferrari dealer bothered me to check all the part of new ferrari.Don't trust as Mercedes standard as Germany in Italy. Anway our desler mr Andrea is very kind and cool. Ciao

I have now been dealing with the complaint for 5 months now. in the meantime you wanted a report from me as proof that all 4 rims are crooked for that, I made costs to have a report made at the mercedes dealer in our area. what a bad company you are. you don't expect this from a mercedes benz garage to be treated like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a car of 1.5 years old with only 14800 km driven. After I bought the car and transported it to the Netherlands, I discover that the car has 4 crooked rims. I passed that on to the dealer. No answer is given to my question what will happen next. I also filed a complaint through mercedes head office. Now 1.5 months later mercedes Stefauto S.P.A does not respond to my complaint. I advise people not to buy a car from them. If something is wrong with the car and you report it to them, they will not respond to your question.
