I	Ilaria Pretoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza catastrofica una volta acquistato lo scooter uno scarabeo si sono susseguite una serie di situazioni negative e poco piacevoli in merito alla non correttezza dello staff che devo dire si è dimostrato arrogante presuntuoso e privo di serietà.Potessi NEMMENO UNA STELLA ma non mi accetta la recensione .. per essere più corretti ho portato lo scooter da un altro concessionario che fa anche assistenza e ha riscontrato sul mezzo diversi difetti alcuni dei quali gravi imputabili a chi me l'ha venduto anche perché mia figlia quindicenne di certo non ha messo le mani nello scooter ...sconsigliatissimo...forse è meglio se cambiate lavoro! Il motorino sempre in garanzia ha grippato per assenza di olio. Premetto che non ho mai trovato olio a terra e nel serbatoio era rimasta una quantità molto inferiore a ciò che secondo la Honda doveva esserci. Io ho cambiato meccanico. Questo danno mi è costato 600 Euro, ovviamente spesi presso altro concessionario HONDA riscontrando da subito un'altra professionalità e competenza. Fate voi le vostre valutazioni....... Veramente soddisfatto di questa concessionaria/officina a conduzione familiare. Me ne fanno scegliere un altro, altri 10 gg di attesa. Ritirato finalmente il motorino, assemblato alla meno peggio. Ad agosto 2020, quando acquistai usato il mio scarabeo 50, mi dissero che era venuto in quel momento dalla revisione e che potevo andarlo a ritirare. In effetti sul libretto di circolazione risultava il tagliando di revisione. Ma una volta messo in moto, lo scooter si spegneva da solo per problemi al carburatore, la luce davanti non funzionava e il cobra chilometri aveva il cavetto rotto. La domanda che mi è sporta spontanea è stata, " ma come avete fatto a passare una revisione ad uno scooter senza luci, che non sta in moto (voglio vedere come hanno fatto per la prova fumi) e conta chilometri non funzionante? Naturalmente non hanno saputo darmi una spiegazione seria se non " sarà successo tutto dopo la revisione di stamattina " ?? una barzelletta. Inoltre mi avevano detto di avermi messo tutto nel sacchetto che mi ganno dato (libretto, foglio revisione, garanzia di 1 anno ) dopo 6 mesi lo scooter non si spegne più quando giro la chiave e gliel'ho portato. Alla fine mi è toccato pagare 40 euro perché dice non rientrava nella garanzia perché nel frattempo ad uno scooter del 2007 acquistato 6 mesi prima non avevo fatto il tagliando. PS. Nella cartellina che mi hanno dato dove ci doveva essere tutto, il foglio della garanzia non c'era, ma qui è colpa mia che ho dato fiducia a chi non la meritava andate da altri a Livorno c'è di meglio. 100 euro in più ma serietà e professionalità migliori Total disappointment from the second-hand purchase onwards. Il tagliando è stato fatto in maniera superficiale tant'è che ho dovuto cambiare l'olio di nuovo dopo soli 1000km e si sono dimenticati il timbro. Non rispondono al telefono e i tempi di consegna sono troppo lunghi. Disorganized and unprofessional.
