h	hasan Kilinc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei dato 0 stelle se ci fosse stata la possibilità: ho comprato uno scooter nuovo e dopo nemmeno un anno ha iniziato a dare problemi. Ho portato lo scooter in officina ben 4 volte per lo stesso problema: stava 1 mese da loro in riparazione poi 3 settimane da me e poi si riiniziava il ciclo; dopo nemmeno un mese dall’ultima riparazione lo dovevo riportare. Alla 5 volta lo scooter si è fermato per lo stesso motivo delle prime 4, e essendo in garanzia ho chiamato loro per il soccorso stradale ma mi hanno detto che non è a loro carico e che dovevo portarlo io a spese mie in officina: RIPETO ERA ANCORA IN GARANZIA. Ho provato poi a chiamare la benelli che mi ha detto che avevo ragione e lo scooter era ancora in garanzia e dovevano essere loro a venire a prendermelo senza che io dovessi spendere nulla. Morale: la benelli mi ha portato lo scooter in riparazione mentre all’officina da cui l’ho preso non è fregato niente. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO. NON FATE IL MIO STESSO ERRORE E NON VENITE A COMPRARE MOTO DA IDEA MOTO. VOTO 0 SOPRATTUTTO ALL’OFFICINA. I would have given 0 stars if there had been the possibility: I bought a new scooter and after less than a year it started to give problems. I took the scooter to the workshop 4 times for the same problem: it stayed 1 month with them for repair then 3 weeks with me and then the cycle was restarted; less than a month after the last repair I had to bring it back. At the 5th time the scooter stopped for the same reason as the first 4, and being under warranty I called them for roadside assistance but they told me that it is not at their expense and that I had to take it to the workshop at my expense: I REPEAT IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. I then tried to call benelli who told me I was right and the scooter was still under warranty and they had to be the ones to come and get it without me having to spend anything. Moral: benelli took the scooter to me for repair, while the workshop from which I got it didn't give a damn. NOT RECOMMENDED. DON'T MAKE MY SAME MISTAKE AND DON'T COME TO BUY MOTORCYCLES FROM IDEA MOTO. VOTE 0 ESPECIALLY AT THE WORKSHOP.

Silvia, una delle ragazze si è dimostrata cortese disponibile. Non manca la preparazione e la professionalità in tutti. E poi in sede c'è veramente tanta scelta di marche e modelli. Mi aspetterei più collaborazione per un'eventuale permuta del motoveicolo su acquisto di un altro automezzo di piccola/media cilindrata. Professionalism and kindness but relative honesty about the marketability of Qooder mezzi vehicles. I would expect more collaboration for a possible exchange of the motor vehicle on the purchase of another small / medium-sized vehicle.
