20/04/2019 Aggiorno la recensione per fare i complimenti all'officina; mi hanno cambiato l'iniettore allo scooter in garanzia in 20 minuti, il ragazzo che mi ha servito è stato molto professionale e gioviale.
Mi sentivo in dovere di scriverlo perché se lo meritano. Bravi

La moto si è rivelata veramente un affare,e mi sono messo subito d'accordo con il personale per l'acquisto.personale gentile e preparato,consiglio vivamente questo concessionario
I'm from Milan and I went to Livorno to this dealership as I had seen a used Tracer in perfect condition on the internet. The bike turned out to be a real bargain, and I immediately agreed with the staff for the purchase. Polite and knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend this dealer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente negativo,sto restaurando un italjet motorizzata yamaha del 73' e mi son rivolto a loro per dei cavi tachimetro e km ,per farla breve non son stati in grado di aiutarmi,anzi l'addetto che ha fatto la ricerca oltre a fornirmi codici sbagliati era anche infastidito,nonostante gli avessi detto il modello, per nulla incuriosito mi ha trattato con estrema sufficenza...profondamente deluso,voi non fate parte della famiglia dei motociclisti,quelli che ti danno una mano e ti salvano il c.....Voi siete solo dei venditori...e pure del piffero...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto moto e scooter yamaha, e ho sempre eseguito tagliandi in garanzia e cambio gomme presso questa officina, devo dire che c’e una bella squadra di meccanici Simone,Mirco,ecc.. gentili, seri e professionali venendo sempre incontro all’esigenze/richieste del cliente sapendo dare spiegazioni e consigli sempre Utili.
Nonostante varie sostituzioni in garanzia, sono stati sempre veloci e capaci nel risolvere il problema.
Prezzi in linea con il listino ^prezzi chiari yamaha^, anzi avvolte con piccoli sconti.
Cortesi e professionali anche nel reparto vendite, testimoni vari amici che hanno acquistato moto con notevoli trattamenti.
Bravi, non è facile trovare concessionaria/officina delle reti ufficiali così efficienti.
I have had yamaha motorbikes and scooters, and I have always performed warranty coupons and tire changes at this workshop, I must say that there is a nice team of mechanics Simone, Mirco, etc. .. kind, serious and professional always meeting the needs / customer requests knowing how to give explanations and always useful advice.
Despite various warranty replacements, they were always quick and able to fix the problem.
Prices in line with the price list ^ clear yamaha prices ^, indeed wrapped with small discounts.
Courteous and professional also in the sales department, witnesses to various friends who have bought motorcycles with considerable treatments.
Well done, it is not easy to find such efficient dealership / workshop of official networks.
