Gli spazi sono ampi e ben tenuti anche se non ci sono posti a sedere al piano dei binari. La copertura cellulare è scadente per l'operatore tre. All'interno della medesima si può accedere con sedie a rotelle per il servizio richiesto oltre a scale mobili per i binari centrali e per altre destinazioni. Per i biglietti sono disponibili macchinette e persino rivendita tabacchi. Innanzitutto da migliorare le indicazioni per passare dai treni a breve percorrenza a quelli ad alta velocità (se non conoscete già dove andare, recatevi in stazione con largo anticipo), poi da aggiungere sedili dove poter attendere il proprio treno (le banchine ad alta velocità non le hanno) e bagni con accesso non ad 1 €.
