★ ★ ★ ★ ★ posizionata da anni in questo luogo, saluta chi entra e chi esce da Bobbio. Fino ad una trentina di anni fa era collocata su un cippo ubicato a bordo strada verso Piacenza. Curioso quando la statua fu rimossa (per essere restaurata e poi posizionata dove è attualmente) e qualche bontempone mise un cartello con la scritta "TORNO SUBITO". Innocente goliardia di un tempo, orami scomparsa....
positioned for years in this place, greets those who enter and those who leave Bobbio. Until about thirty years ago it was placed on a stone on the side of the road towards Piacenza. Curious when the statue was removed (to be restored and then placed where it is today) and some bontempone put up a sign with the words "BACK NOW". Innocent student spirit of the past, now disappeared ....

I confini con la Lombardia, la Liguria e il Piemonte non sono lontani e il territorio bobbiese è stato così definito la zona delle ‘quattro province’ (Piacenza, Pavia, Genova, Alessandria). La fama della cittadina è legata a San Colombano.....In vetta al Passo del Penice, molto rinomata per i motociclisti....

Bobbio is located in the valley of the Trebbia river, in the province of Piacenza. The borders with Lombardy, Liguria and Piedmont are not far away and the Bobbio area has thus been defined as the area of the 'four provinces' (Piacenza, Pavia, Genoa, Alessandria). The fame of the town is linked to San Colombano ..... At the top of the Penice Pass, very famous for motorcyclists ....
