★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La statua in sé è bella e ben riproduce le sembianze del cantante Rino Gaetano, cuore ed anima di Crotone.
Peccato che le aeree antistanti la statua siano spesso sporche e piene di rifiuti, e solo saltuariamente vengano pulite.
Fosse tenuta meglio ed in ordine sarebbe un fiore all'occhiello della città.
 The statue itself is beautiful and well reproduces the likeness of the singer Rino Gaetano, heart and soul of Crotone.
Too bad that the areas in front of the statue are often dirty and full of waste, and only occasionally are cleaned.
If it were better kept and in order it would be a flagship of the city.

Crotone è una città di mare e come tale dovrebbe essere valorizzata per il turismo, peccato che sia prettamente locale. L'evoluzione in ambito "FOOD & BEVERAGE" è tangibile soprattutto negli ultimi anni. Un processo che in altri luoghi è avvenuto 20 anni indietro ma meglio tardi che mai. Da visitare sempre con piacere per avere un contatto reale con la natura. Mare e Montagna in 1 ora di strada, poche località possono vantare questa peculiarità.
Crotone or Kroton, breathing the pure air coming from the sea for miles of walk has no equal. Crotone is a seaside city and as such it should be valued for tourism, it is a pity that it is purely local. The evolution in the "FOOD & BEVERAGE" field is tangible especially in recent years. A process that in other places took place 20 years back but better late than never. Always to visit with pleasure to have a real contact with nature. Sea and mountain in 1 hour by road, few places can boast this peculiarity.

He is famous for his satirical songs and oblique yet incisive political commentary. He is remembered for his rough voice, for the heavily ironic lyrics of his songs and his social protests. He died in a car accident at age 30. His most popular song is "Ma il cielo è sempre più blu" which every Italian know.
