In attesa di bozza grafica, ci è stato riferito (dopo mesi e dopo ripetuti solleciti da parte nostra) che avevano perso il nostro numero. Alla fine, forse percependo il nostro malcontento, ci fu inviata una bozza palesemente raccattata online in quanto non rispecchiava per niente le nostre preferenze (andate perse anch'esse probabilmente). Può capitare ma chiedevamo soltanto un po' di sincerità in più, peccato perché la prima impressione era stata positiva.
It will certainly be a good copy shop but unfortunately we cannot recommend it as far as wedding invitations are concerned. Pending a graphic draft, we were told (after months and after repeated reminders from us) that they had lost our number. In the end, perhaps sensing our discontent, we were sent a draft clearly picked up online as it did not reflect our preferences at all (probably lost too). It can happen but we just asked for a little more sincerity, too bad because the first impression was positive.
