★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di sicuro sono stata sfortunata ma ho avuto un progetto incompleto e ho avuto la sorpresa solo dopo il montaggio quando tra l 'altro avevo già saldato la cifra per intero, perché loro affermano che Scavolini non fa uscire la merce dal deposito se non saldata cosa che ho scoperto non essere vera! Asdistenza post vendita ZERO sto ancora aspettando qualcuno che mi viene a fissare le gole da 1 anno ma....nessuno si trova a passare da casa mia, questa la risposta...per cui i pagamenti quando ci si trova a passare per il punto vendita?!? Incompetenti e maleducati..sconsiglio vivamente
Certainly I was unlucky but I had an incomplete project and I was only surprised after the assembly when, among other things, I had already paid the full amount, because they say that Scavolini does not bring the goods out of the warehouse if not welded, something that I discovered it was not true! After-sales assistance ZERO I am still waiting for someone who comes to fix my throats for 1 year but .... no one is to pass by my house, this is the answer ... so the payments when we are to pass through the point of sale?!? Incompetent and rude .. I strongly advise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo esperienze fallimentari con Ikea (ho arredato completamente ben due case) ho seguito i consigli ed ho arredato completamente una terza casa da SCAVOLINI . Eccezionali, puntuaii, cortesi, sempre disponibili nell'assistenza. Perfetti ed ... italiani!Consigliatissimo.
After bankruptcy with Ikea (I fully furnished two houses) I followed the advice and I completely furnished a third house by SCAVOLINI. Exceptional, punctual, courteous, always available in assistance. Perfect and ... Italian! Highly recommended.

Pannellature sceniche ma mobilio, accessori e elettrodomestici costosi e per niente funzionali: Le dimensioni dei bidoni non sono coerenti con il cassetto che li contiene e quando ho chiesto qualche bidoncino in più mi è stato risposto che si vende solo il kit (2 grandi e uno piccolo a 50 €); Gli scomparti del frigorifero (Electrolux) non consentono di sfruttare lo spazio interno per cui l'ho sostituito con un frigo da 316 €. Il progetto è stato clamorosamente sbagliato (errata posizione della finestra) per cui ho dovuto modificare un infisso; quando a seguito della lamentela ho chiesto un'estensione del piano di lavoro per raccordarsi con l'infisso modificato hanno avuto il coraggio di richiedermi qualche centinaio di €. Il montaggio dei pensili è stato eseguito con pochi tasselli e con delle ridicole staffette; ho preteso che rimontassero su binari per i quali ho specificato io quanti perni montare. La cappa è stata montata in modo da sbatterci la testa. Un consiglio caloroso: rivolgetevi a IKEA.
Little professionalism and little functionality. Scenic paneling but furniture, accessories and expensive and not at all functional appliances: The dimensions of the bins are not consistent with the drawer that contains them and when I asked for a few more bins I was told that only the kit is sold (2 large and one small for € 50); The compartments of the refrigerator (Electrolux) do not allow to take advantage of the internal space so I replaced it with a € 316 fridge. The project was sensationally wrong (wrong position of the window) so I had to modify a fixture; when following the complaint I asked for an extension of the work surface to connect with the modified frame, they had the courage to ask me for a few hundred €. The assembly of the wall units was carried out with a few plugs and with ridiculous brackets; I demanded that they reassemble on tracks for which I specified how many pins to mount. The hood was mounted so that it hit your head. Warm advice: contact IKEA.
