Con la mia Mercedes S mi tratta veramente bene, almeno fino ad oggi, e che le diagnosi sono giuste, i pezzi e manodopera un po costano, ma questo fa parte del mondo che gira.
Comunque anche stamattina mi sono trovato bene, fatto tutto anche senza appuntamento, controllo, sostituzione candelette e piccole cose.
Speriamo anche in futuro.

As always, the star center staff is excellent, welcoming, professional, kind and nice.
With my Mercedes S it treats me really well, at least until today, and that the diagnoses are right, the parts and labor a little cost, but this is part of the world that turns.
However, even this morning I found myself well, done everything even without an appointment, checking, replacing glow plugs and small things.
We also hope in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia auto in questa officina per la manutenzione programmata ed una piccola riparazione, la scorsa settimana e ho trovato il personale veramente gentile e preparato. L’auto mi è stata riconsegnata nei tempi e il conto non è stato particolarmente alto. E mi hanno offerto pure un caffè!!!
I took my car to this workshop for scheduled maintenance and a small repair last week and found the staff to be really nice and knowledgeable. The car was returned to me on time and the bill was not particularly high. And they even offered me a coffee !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! I encountered the garage with an incident with the breakes. The technician spoke no english and told me to wait. After he didn't come back for 20 minutes I asked his collegue how long I would have to wait until I can discuss the problem with someone. I just got the answer that there are 5 cars to be done before it's my turn. ....there was no other client to see in the showroom. ....I left. A shame for Mercedes-Benz!!
