The salesman who assisted me in choosing my new car, Francesco, was extremely professional and helpful. Test drive booked in one day. Courtesy and punctuality in satisfying all my requests for information. Availability to modify vehicle accessories with order already submitted. I am really very satisfied with the service received.

Wenn Hilfe benötigt wird, fährt man dort besser nicht hin.
Jegliche Hilfe wurde verweigert!!!!
Der Chef ist ein richtiger Kotzbrocken, der Mitarbeiter hätte das Problem sofort lösen können, durfte aber nicht.
Musste im Notprogramm mit 25 km/h nach Siena fahren.
Bei Tosconi Auto wurde das Problem in 7 Minuten gelöst und behoben. Und noch dazu waren hier alle Personen freundlich?

One of our wheels started making horrible sounds and we found out a wheel bearing had to be replaced. We did an emergency stop here, bad mistake. 5 days later and after paying €450, they gave us back our van but the wheel still made the horrible screeching, metal-on-metal grinding noise. Turned out they fix the wrong wheel and on the bill they claimed this work took 6 hrs. They told us we could still drive with that broken wheel, so we didn‘t have to bring it to them in the first place. We still had 1000 km ahead of us until home and we had to drive with that sound and still broken wheel the entire time.
