★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho parole, un'esperienza da dimenticare, per cambiare una lampadina anabbaglianti ad una 208, ho pagato 19€, un minuto per cambiarla e sulla fattura ne hanno scritto 10, e considerate che il meccanico ha trovato già tutto aperto compreso il tappo della lampada. Sicuramente hanno perso un cliente, una Stella è anche troppo, per me è zero
I have no words, an experience to forget, to change a dipped beam bulb to a 208, I paid € 19, a minute to change it and they wrote 10 on the invoice, and consider that the mechanic found everything already open including the cap of the lamp. Surely they have lost a customer, a star is too much, for me it is zero

Sono arrivato per un cambio dell'olio ma mi è stato detto che il mio appuntamento è stato fatto a Siena e non a Poggibonsi. Al momento della conferma dell'appuntamento nessuno al telefono ha confermato il luogo, quindi non avevamo modo di sapere che era previsto a Siena quando abbiamo chiamato il numero di Poggibonsi. La signora che ha cercato di aiutarmi non è stata molto educata e sembrava preoccupata di dovermi aiutare. Il mio appuntamento fu riprogrammato per una settimana e mezza dopo. Nessun problema
Ebbene, quando siamo arrivati per il nostro appuntamento riprogrammato siamo stati accolti e aiutati di nuovo dalla signora che non sembra felice di aiutare le persone. Ancora una volta molto spiacevole e poco disponibile. Ci hanno suggerito di lasciare la macchina per tutto il giorno... Assolutamente no. Ci serve solo un cambio dell'olio, dovrebbe essere un lavoro di 1 o 2 ore.
Alla fine della giornata vengo alla Peugeot per il suo servizio superiore rispetto a quello di un meccanico locale. Purtroppo a questo punto non mi sento così apprezzato come cliente e non tornerò né raccomanderò il servizio a questa azienda.
Unfortunately my experience here has been unpleasant from the start.
I arrived for an oil change but I was told that my appointment was made in Siena and not in Poggibonsi. When the appointment was confirmed, no one on the phone confirmed the location, so we had no way of knowing that it was expected in Siena when we called Poggibonsi's number. The lady who tried to help me was not very polite and seemed worried about having to help me. My appointment was rescheduled for a week and a half later. No problem
Well, when we arrived for our rescheduled appointment we were greeted and helped again by the lady who does not seem happy to help people. Once again very unpleasant and unavailable. They suggested we leave the car all day ... Absolutely not. We just need an oil change, it should be a 1 or 2 hour job.
At the end of the day I come to Peugeot for its superior service compared to that of a local mechanic. Unfortunately at this point I do not feel so appreciated as a customer and I will not return or recommend the service to this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono arrivato qui dopo essere già stato in molte altre concessionarie con le idee ammetto ancora confuse su tutte le varie opzioni che ci sono al giorno d'oggi per un'auto nuova tra benzina, diesel, ibrido di vario tipo, gpl, metano ed elettrico puro. Finalmente, grazie al consulente di vendite Simone che mi ha spiegato con pazienza non solo l'offerta di Peugeot e Opel ma anche la situazione generale del momento e le più probabili previsioni nel medio-lungo termine (naturalmente nessuno ha la sfera di cristallo) con tutti i vari pro e contro di ogni alimentazione, posso dire che se anche non comprerò una vettura nuova alla Siena Motori (per gusti estetici personali dei brand) la sua "istruzione" mi aiuterà sicuramente a compiere una scelta più oculata per il mio utilizzo giornaliero e le mie esigenze. Grazie ancora e non posso altro che consigliarli per la disponibilità e la preparazione (anche nel redigere il preventivo per l'acquisto e per il finanziamento in maniera veramente chiara e trasparente).
I arrived here after having already been in many other dealerships with the ideas I admit still confused about all the various options that there are nowadays for a new car including petrol, diesel, hybrid of various types, lpg, methane and electric pure. Finally, thanks to the sales consultant Simone who patiently explained to me not only the offer of Peugeot and Opel but also the general situation of the moment and the most probable forecasts in the medium-long term (of course no one has a crystal ball) with all the various pros and cons of each power supply, I can say that even if I don't buy a new car at Siena Motori (for personal aesthetic tastes of the brands), its "education" will surely help me make a more prudent choice for my daily use and my needs. Thanks again and I can only advise them for their availability and preparation (also in drawing up the estimate for the purchase and for the financing in a truly clear and transparent way).
