Nonostante la macchina non sia stata acquistata presso questa concessionaria, siamo stati trattati benissimo.

Ho avuto Gran cheroke, Cheroke, Mercedes ml. Attualmente ho una compas di 3 anni...
Nei giorni scorsi mi si è accesa spia avaria motore, il mio collega porta la macchina in officina, non solo viene invitato ad uscire fuori..ma preso con parole più tosto offensive dicendo che la macchina non più in garanzia e se pepotevo ripararla da altre parti ma cosa dobbiamo parlare per me potete chiudere

Sorprendenti poi, anche per quanto si propina altrove, le premure e i controlli per la messa su strada e i gadget offerti alla consegna. Praticamente trattamento pari al nuovo. Bravi !!!!

Ho portato la mia 500 cabrio per controllare la capote che un carrozziere doveva riparte ma non è stato in grado, appena ho esposto il problema al capo officina si è dimostrato poco disponibile dicendo in un primo momento che era un lavoro lungo e al momento non avevano molto tempo, il che io ho risposto che potevo aspettare..... alla fine è venuto fuori che non volevano metterci mano perché il lavoro non lo avevano seguito loro. Nemmeno gli avessi chiesto di farlo gratis!!!!!
Se trattate tutti i possibili clienti in questo modo fate prima a chiudere!!!

I hadn't even asked him to do it for free !!!!!
