É un servizio molto utile che sarebbe sicuramente da potenziare. Le corse sono scarse. Un consiglio: far salire solo i viaggiatori muniti di biglietto. I controllori inoltre, dovrebbero essere muniti di macchinetta per leggere la validità degli abbonamenti.. Non possono pretendere che i passeggeri abbiano sempre con loro la ricevuta di pagamento dell'abbonamento caricato. M	Maria Elena De Simone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi riferisco a Star Lodi:gli orari sul sito sono sbagliati,i l rivenditori di biglietti anche,il servizio clienti fa pena.Avevamo fatto il biglietto il giorno prima per partire da Lodi verso Milano MM3 ,siamo arrivati per prendere L autobus che doveva partire alle 12:20(orario su internet e sul tabellone alla fermata)ma nulla così abbiamo chiesto ad un autista e lui ci disse che il primo sarebbe passato dopo circa due ore,noi avevamo un Flixbus da prendere per cui non potevamo aspettare tanto..Siamo stati costretti a prendere un treno.Non c è in oltre modo di obliterare i biglietti.Davvero una brutta esperienza.Peccato per i conducenti che sino sempre gentili e cercano di fare del loro meglio. Coaches always punctual but guys, the telephone service really sucks. Slow to answer sometimes you have to stay even 10 minutes on call.

Pullman strapieni durante il periodo invernale che lasciano spesso ragazzi alla fermata. Cortesia degli operatori che rispondono al telefono pessima: quando rispondono, perché non è detto che lo facciano, sono assolutamente scortesi e se non sanno cosa replicare mettono semplicemente giù il telefono. Pessimo pure il servizio reclami, sto ancora aspettando una risposta alla mia mail da due anni (multa riscossa da un minorenne). Hanno multato tutte le persone salite senza biglietto perché la biglietteria era chiusa (non perché non si volesse fare il biglietto). Sono loro che si devono adoperare perché trovino rivendite aperte negli orari in cui i pullman viaggiano .... molto più comodo far pagare 50€ a persona, si fa cassa!!!!
