In effetti avrebbe anche ragione la ragazza, se non fosse che negli orari affissi all'esterno era scritto che avrebbe chiuso un'ora più tardi. Ora, non pretendo in nessun modo di avere servizio fino a 2 minuti prima della chiusura, ma ad un'ora da essa mi sarei aspettato un servizio leggermente migliore. Inoltre "pizza" (20x20) e un tè (in brick) 9 euro. Pizza molto buona.
 I walked into this bakery attracted by the very positive reviews read here. I now propose my experience: I was invited to leave because they were about to close. In fact the girl would have been right, except that in the hours posted outside it was written that she would close an hour later. Now, I don't pretend in any way to have service until 2 minutes before closing, but at an hour from it I would have expected a slightly better service. Also "pizza" (20x20) and a tea (in brick) 9 euros. Very good pizza.

Very attentive and kind staff. The right place to have breakfast or for a very satisfying snack: sweet or savory. Well attended and in the process of expanding the spaces.

Luogo appartato con ampie vetrate e personale cordiale.
Vista la doppia funzione (panificio e bar) si forma subito la coda alla cassa.
Non deve essere certo semplice gestire entrambi i tipi di clienti.
In cosa può migliorare?
- seconda cassa solo per gestire ordini ai tavoli, così da velocizzare il pagamento
- menù prodotti esterno o sul bancone così che il cliente possa scegliere senza dover aspettare il personale già indaffarato
- tovaglioli, ad ogni tavolo
- spray detergente per le mani
Il potenziale per questa attività c'è sicuramente!

Given the dual function (bakery and bar), a queue at the cashier immediately forms.
It doesn't have to be easy to manage both types of customers.
How can it improve?
- second cash desk only to manage orders at the tables, so as to speed up payment
- product menu outside or on the counter so that the customer can choose without having to wait for the already busy staff
- napkins, at every table
- hand cleansing spray
The potential for this business is certainly there!

Excellent for a breakfast but not only. The brioche with pistachio cream really rocks. Really high quality raw materials and all homemade. I advise. Kind and attentive to customer needs.
