★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza terribile. Ho portato un piumone di valore a lavare presso questi signori. Quando sono andato a riprenderlo mi è stato riferito che il mio piumone era stato consegnato per errore ad un'altra persona senza far caso al numerino di riferimento. Mi è stato riferito che era difficile rintracciare il cliente e che avrebbero fatto ricorso all'assicurazione che sicuramente non avrebbe ricoperto l'intero valore del piumone perduto. Dato che io e mia moglie ci siamo molto arrabbiati moltissimo, dopo litigate e telefonate di sollecito, il nostro piumone è magicamente ricomparso. Per spregio, l'etichetta era stata spillata 20 (!!!!!) volte sul piumone fortunatamente senza lasciare danni. Per di più il piumone puzzava e sembrava non lavato. Il consiglio è: evitateli come la peste
 Terrible experience. I have brought a valuable duvet to wash with these gentlemen. When I went to pick it up I was told that my duvet had been mistakenly given to another person without paying attention to the reference number. I was told that it was difficult to track down the customer and that they would have recourse to insurance which certainly would not cover the full value of the lost duvet. Since my wife and I got very angry very much, after quarrels and reminder calls, our duvet magically reappeared. Out of contempt, the label had been stapled 20 (!!!!!) times on the duvet fortunately without leaving any damage. In addition, the duvet smelled and looked unwashed. The advice is: avoid them like the plague
