L'attesa è stata minima sia per il ritiro che per la consegna, pienamente soddisfatto. Pessima esperienza sotto ogni singolo aspetto. Mezzi datati e kilometrati. Quasi 300000 km per un mezzo a nove posti sono tanti e uno di questi rimase a Monaco per un non ben precisato problema, rientro in treno a loro spese ed assistenza organizzativa (per il rientro) ed assicurativa pressoché inesistente. Unico rimborso fu il biglietto ferroviario in quanto i danni furono loro attribuiti... Veramente un'Odissea !!! Peccato, per l'impossibilità di mettere 0 Stelle... Leggo che il noleggio la mena ancora con la balla del carro attrezzi...con la storiella che il traino avesse fatto scavallare la catena distribuzione...ma...ribadisco, mezzi datati, assistenza inesistente, ci sono VS concorrenti che hanno mezzi e servizi notevolissimamente migliori dei VS !!! T	Tuba Mirum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo autonoleggio. Preso a nolo un cabinato per fare trasloco. Aveva pochi km sulla carta quindi buono. Ma quando l'ho preso in carico, il diesel era completamente in rosso e ovviamente è impossibile riportarglielo così. Poi lo specchietto destro aveva preso una botta, mancava della parte inferiore, e dopo 40 km di autostrada è volato via. Mi sono dovuto fermare a comperare uno di quegli specchi di plastica per non viaggiare a rischio multa. Essendo sabato nessuno rispondeva alle mie chiamate d'urgenza. Come se non bastasse a ritorno stava finendo l'additivo per la riduzione emissioni. Mi hanno detto che ce l'avrei comunque fatta a riconsegnarlo e invece è entrata la limitazione giri per cui il furgone andava a mx 15 km orari. Ho dovuto abbandonarlo domenica sera da un benzinaio per strada. E non mi hanno rimborsato nulla a parte il costo dello specchietto di plastica. SCANDALOSI ho fatto altri tre traslochi ma MAI più con loro. Darei 0 stelle se si potesse. Bad car rental. I hired a cabin cruiser to move. It had a few km on the card so good.
