Che dire una persona gentile e a modo che è riuscito ad "aggiustare" una giornata più che storta, aiutandomi in qualsiasi modo. Prima che entrassi in panico ho cercato il numero verde della Aci. Immediatamente mi hanno messo in contatto con il soccorso stradale più vicino alla mia posizione. Successivamente sono stata contattata da un angelo... Umberto. Telefonicamente mi ha tranquillizzata dicendomi che in meno di 30 Min mi avrebbe raggiunto. E così è stato! Quando è arrivato mi è sembrato di vedere gli angeli. Oltre a cambiarmi la ruota mi ha sostenuta moralmente e mi ha accompagnata al primo distributore utile per fare rifornimento. Persone umane come lui al tempo odierno sono pochissime....spero che non mi ricspito più un esperienza simile. Ma se dovesse ricapitarmi senza ombra di dubbio richiamerei altre 1000 volte lui... Purtroppo per un errore di pratica segnalazione ( non dovuto dall’azienda scaringella) ho atteso davvero tanto. La stanchezza , il buio e le macchine che sfrecciavano vicinissime alla mia autovettura iniziavano a farmi sentire davvero preoccupata e stanca. Ma per fortuna non appena la segnalazione è arrivata all’azienda Scaringella, sono stata contattata immediatamente e ho rivolto i miei timori ad una persona gentile che per telefono mi ha promesso di fare il possibile. Solo pochi secondi dopo sono stata contattata da Oscar un dipendente che ha capito immediatamente la pericolosità del punto in cui ero ferma e mi ha rassicurato come fosse un parente, promettendomi di arrivare immediatamente. Assolutamente di parola, é arrivato e con una grande professionalità, sicurezza e senso di protezione, mi ha tranquillizzata e portata a casa. Mille volte grazie ad Oscar, per avermi fatto sentire al sicuro, per avermi fatto sentire a mio agio e non avermi fatto pesare minimamente il viaggio. Credo ci sia differenza, tra fare il proprio lavoro e fare il proprio lavoro con amore. L’amore che ci metti tu Oscar, si percepisce ed io mi sono sentita subito in mani più che sicure. Spero non capiti più un’esperienza simile, ma se dovesse ricapitare e potessi scegliere, chiamerei Oscar ad occhi chiusi, persona estremamente umana. Consiglio assolutamente la Scaringella Service.
