★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel tempo ho portato da loro 3 diverse auto per interventi vari (rimozione resina, riverniciatura integrale, riparazioni ammaccature ecc.) sempre con risultati eccellenti, inoltre offrono parecchi altri servizi tra cui un ampio noleggio di veicoli e recentemente anche un servizio completo per camper.
 Over time I have brought 3 different cars to them for various interventions (resin removal, full repainting, repairs dents etc.) always with excellent results, they also offer several other services including a large vehicle rental and recently also a complete service for campers.

Ho chiamato per una disponibilità, fatto tutta la città con il traffico in 15 min.
Al mio arrivo la macchina non era più disponibile, nemmeno un mi dispiace.
Cambiate lavoro.
Aggiornamento, nonostante la figuraccia continua l'impertinenza e la menzogna.
La terza persona ha specificato tre volte (fico tre) che la vettura sarebbe servita in giornata, davanti a me.
Il mio comportamento irritato da dove lo avete percepito, dal "l'avessi saputo che non avevate la disponibilità non sarei venuto" o dal grazie e arrivederci.
Quindi aggiungo a ciò descritto anche la disonestà.
Total incompetence,
I called for an availability, made the whole city with traffic in 15 min.
Upon my arrival the car was no longer available, not even a sorry.
Change jobs.
Update, despite the fool continues the impertinence and the lie.
The third person specified three times (fig three) that the car would be served the same day, in front of me.
My behavior irritated by where you perceived it, by "I had known that you did not have the availability I would not have come" or by thanks and goodbye.
So I add dishonesty to that described as well.

Congratulations Filippo to you and your staff .. I withdrew my car from an internal repair .. Finding it washed outside and inside was a great surprise .. Again congratulations made me very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho noleggiato 2 volte. La prima macchina 7 posti, subito dopo lockdown, non era stata pulita... ho trovato sotto il sedile guidatore 3 bottigliette d'acqua...
Ho dato beneficio del dubbio. Secondo noleggio chiedo una 5 posti. Macchina non pulita, con spia accesa che segnalo ma viene minimizzato... Per errore (che scopro io guardando il libretto il giorno dopo)mi viene data una 4 posti. Non un " scusa" non una soluzione solo un : riportarmi la macchina che ti ridò i soldi. Il beneficio del dubbio ok. La certezza è un mai più!
I have rented 2 times. The first 7-seater car, immediately after lockdown, had not been cleaned ... I found 3 bottles of water under the driver's seat ...
I gave the benefit of the doubt. Second rental I ask for a 5 seater. Car not clean, with light on which I signal but is minimized ... By mistake (which I discover by looking at the booklet the next day) I am given a 4-seater. Not an "sorry" not a solution just one: bring back the car that gave you back your money. The benefit of the doubt ok. Certainty is a never again!
