l	lena gre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un trasloco è sempre un'esperienza faticosa e stressante, ma devo dire che 2Emmetraslochi ha saputo (inizialmente) fornirmi un servizio e un supporto di altissima qualità. Disponibilità, professionalità, precisione, cura del dettaglio, a un prezzo vantaggioso (chiaramente prima mi ero fatta fare alcuni preventivi). Potevo solo consigliare vivamente Manuel e il suo staff a chi debba affrontare le improbe fatiche di un cambio di casa! Ma, purtroppo, a distanza di sei mesi si è verificato un problema provocato dal fatto che lo sportello della lavastoviglie nel trasporto ha subito un danno facendo uscire vapore ad alta temperatura e ciò ha rovinato il top nuovo della cucina. Subito dopo la scoperta del danno c'è stato di mezzo il lockdown per il Covid-19 e, comprendo tutto: la preoccupazione per l'azienda, il fatto che possa esserci stato un malinteso, ma non si riattacca il telefono! E si risponde ai messaggi! Alla fine il problema me lo sono risolto io e mi tengo il top rovinato, ma mi ha decisamente infastidita il comportamento tenuto nei miei confronti. Un vero peccato! A move is always a tiring and stressful experience, but I must say that 2Emmetraslochi was able (initially) to provide me with the highest quality service and support. Availability, professionalism, precision, attention to detail, at an advantageous price (clearly before I had made some estimates). I could only highly recommend Manuel and his staff to those who have to face the hardships of a change of home! But, unfortunately, six months later there was a problem caused by the fact that the door of the dishwasher in the transport was damaged, causing high temperature steam to escape and this ruined the new kitchen top. Immediately after the discovery of the damage there was a lockdown for Covid-19 and, I understand everything: the concern for the company, the fact that there may have been a misunderstanding, but the phone is not hung up! And you reply to messages! In the end I solved the problem and I keep my top ruined, but I was definitely bothered by the behavior held towards me. Such a pity!
