★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'ottima soluzione per chi deve permanere a lungo termine e vivere bene, visto che:
- l'appartamento è completamente nuovo: cucina, bagni e camere da letto sono tutti ristrutturati;
- la posizione è ottima, praticamente ci si trova al centro di Brescia e si ha tutto a disposizione (anche senza usare un mezzo di trasporto).
- il parcheggio si trova ovunque poiché è pieno di strisce bianche, e se non si trova nulla, c'è il parcheggio Castellini dietro casa che è pubblico;
- il prezzo è buono rispetto gli standard di Brescia;
- il personale è fantastico e sempre a disposizione, nel caso c'è un guasto a casa, mandano subito qualcuno a ripararlo.
Infine, Ringrazio Carlotta, la responsabile di zona, per la sua massima disponibilità e gentilezza.
 An excellent solution for those who must stay long-term and live well, given that:
- the apartment is completely new: the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are all renovated;
- the location is excellent, practically you are in the center of Brescia and you have everything available (even without using a means of transport).
- the car park is everywhere because it is full of white stripes, and if you can't find anything, there is the Castellini car park behind the house which is public;
- the price is good compared to Brescia standards;
- the staff are fantastic and always available, in case there is a breakdown in the house, they send someone to fix it right away.
