Consigliata la prenotazione. Small room at the entrance to the town, with a wood-fired pizza oven and a varied selection of first and second courses, especially grilled meat. Meat of excellent quality and cooked just the way I like it. The pizza is to be improved in the dough and in the choice of raw materials. Average prices. friendly and prepared staff. Reservations are recommended.

A parte la gradita accoglienza, il locale merita per la qualità dei prodotti, cucinati con sapienza e valorizzazione dei sapori. Veramente bravi, per esistere in un piccolo borgo come questo. Iniziative che meritano e vanno incentivate, con la speranza che si continui a lavorare con la qualità dei prodotti, la cura dei servizi e il rapporto con il prezzo. Costruirsi un lavoro nei servizi impone la cura del locale e il rapporto col mercato. A small place, with few places, but nice and cared for in different details. We ate for the first time and we were all very satisfied. Apart from the welcome welcome, the place deserves for the quality of the products, cooked with skill and appreciation of flavors. Really good, to exist in a small village like this. Initiatives that deserve and should be encouraged, with the hope that we will continue to work with the quality of the products, the care of the services and the relationship with the price. Ma sorpresa delle sorprese mi sono ritrovato a mangiare in questo ristorante. Per prima cosa ti ci senti subito a tuo agio e poi i piatti, curati e ottimi, preparati con materie prime di qualità. Bravi continuate così. In an aimless motorcycle ride I found myself in Gambatesa, a quiet and clean town, with a small castle that can be visited. But surprise of the surprises I found myself eating at this restaurant. First you feel immediately at ease and then the dishes, well cared for and excellent, prepared with quality raw materials. Well done keep it up.

Mi riferisco al ristorante pizzeria Stanlio, Ollio & Peperoncino. L'ambiente non é molto grande (ritengo questo un pregio) ma ben gestito e si fanno rispettare in maniera apprezzabile le norme anticovid. I piatti sono ben presentati e piacevoli nella loro semplicità. Il prezzo adeguato. To the beauty of the village and its magnificent castle, Gambatesa offers a very famous place where you can enjoy a fine lunch in a familiar and courteous atmosphere. I refer to the Stanlio, Ollio & Peperoncino pizza restaurant. The environment is not very large (I think this is an advantage) but well managed and the anticovid rules are respected in an appreciable way. The dishes are well presented and pleasant in their simplicity. The right price.
