★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante per caso, non essendo del posto, ci siamo lasciati attrarre dalla struttura ben curata e alla clientela che si vedeva mangiare soddisfatta. Infatti non possiamo altro che complimentarci con lo staff,soprattutto in cucina. Abbiamo cenato nella saletta sopra, davvero ben dettagliata e di buon gusto l'allestimento... Mi è piaciuta davvero molto! Abbiamo preso due antipasti (tagliere affettati, formaggi ecc.. e crostone con pecorino, crudo, lardo e fichi..), due secondi (carne di Angus e un'altra che non ricordo in questo momento ma sempre particolare), un dolce semifreddo con i cantucci, acqua e vino.. 79€. La cifra è un pó alta rispetto alla media, ma ne vale la pena perché i prodotti sono di ottima qualità, i piatti ben decorati anche come abbinamenti.. Lo consigliamo per evadere dal classico ristorante toscano. Specializzato nelle carni per chi appunto ama provare sapori nuovi. Sicuramente la prossima vta assaggeremo anche i primi. Un complimento davvero meritevole a chi in cucina presenta la. Propria bravura, passione e arte nei piatti dei suoi clienti. A presto!
 We stopped in this restaurant by chance, not being a local, we let ourselves be attracted by the well-kept structure and the customers who were satisfied eating. In fact, we can only congratulate the staff, especially in the kitchen. We had dinner in the room upstairs, the setting is really well detailed and tasteful ... I really liked it very much! We took two appetizers (cold cuts, cheeses, etc. and crostone with pecorino, raw ham, lard and figs ...), two main courses (Angus meat and another one that I don't remember at this moment but always special), a sweet semifreddo with cantucci, water and wine .. 79 €. The figure is a little high compared to the average, but it's worth it because the products are of excellent quality, the dishes well decorated even as combinations .. We recommend it to escape from the classic Tuscan restaurant. Specialized in meats for those who love to try new flavors. Surely next time we will also taste the first ones. A truly deserving compliment to those who present the in the kitchen. His skill, passion and art in his customers' dishes. Soon!
