All'andata l'ho fatta in autobus,al ritorno tutto a piedi. Mi sono goduto la vista. Ci ritorno di sicuro Great point from where to see the lower town. This little park is in the upper town, on the way back down. On the way I did it by bus, on the way back all on foot. I enjoyed the view. I return there for sure

Uno dei tanti che sorgono lungo le mura venete di Bergamo alta e luogo ideale sia per un picnic che per ammirare il tramonto ad ovest, con le Alpi in bella vista. Molto panoramica la vista sulla sottostante città di Bergamo e su tutta la pianura padana dove, nelle giornate particolarmente limpide, lo sguardo si perde fino all'orizzonte segnato dagli Appennini emiliani e dalla skyline dei palazzi di Milano. Le tante panchine offrono la possibilità di sedersi e rilassarsi un poco all'ombra delle piante per poi proseguire la camminata sulle mura venete. Una fontana completa poi l'offerta per il relax. Davvero un parco carino in un luogo, Bergamo alta, incantevole. Very nice park located above the gunboat of San Giovanni from which it takes its name. One of the many that rise along the Venetian walls of upper Bergamo and an ideal place both for a picnic and to admire the sunset in the west, with the Alps in plain sight. The view of the underlying city of Bergamo and the entire Po Valley is very panoramic, where, on particularly clear days, the gaze is lost to the horizon marked by the Emilian Apennines and the skyline of the buildings of Milan. Sarebbero da aggiungere strisce pedonali anche dall'altro lato del parco. Large park in the upper town of the city. The attractions inside (eg the gunboat) are hard to find open. The view is very beautiful. Pedestrian crossings on the other side of the park should also be added.
