★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For who is living in Bergamo I think it's always a nice and warm experience sitting ij Piazza Vecchia in front of this fountain and simply watch the atmosphere and monuments all around you: the Palazzo Della Ragione, the old and monumental Library with his white marbles facade (really and personally in love with that), Campanone with its old stony stairs which develop along the wall of the old palace at the base of Campanone itself and more...: bar, restaurants and lights. I don't know much about the fountain itself but the setting all around it's really warm, intimate and historical.
