★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gioiello del barocco. Peccato sia quasi sempre chiusa in quanto non più parrocchia nè sede di alcuna comunità religiosa ormai da tempo. Per visitarla occorre andarci nelle mattine in cui è aperta (di solito fra le 10 e le 12) o la Domenica
 Baroque jewel. Too bad it is almost always closed as it is no longer a parish or seat of any religious community for some time now. To visit it you need to go there in the mornings when it is open (usually between 10 and 12) or on Sunday

Vale una visita rapida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Splendido esempio del tribudio teatrale del Barocco. Chiesa di imponente dimensione, stupisce per l'affresco a sfondato illusionistico della volta. Splendidi gli organi al suo interno. Una tela del Crespi al lato sinistro dell'altare maggiore.
Splendid example of the theatrical tribute of the Baroque. Church of imposing size, it amazes for the illusionistic fresco on the vault. The organs inside are splendid. A canvas by Crespi on the left side of the high altar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande chiesa barocca nel centro di Modena: strepitoso l’apparato pittorico della volta, opera del gesuita Barbieri, allievo di Andrea Pozzo. Notevole l’apparato decorativo del presbiterio, le decorazioni a stucco, i dipinti del Lana e le cantorie. Aperta purtroppo solo al mattino feriale, a ridosso della Messa.
Large Baroque church in the center of Modena: the pictorial apparatus of the vault is amazing, the work of the Jesuit Barbieri, a pupil of Andrea Pozzo. Remarkable is the decorative apparatus of the presbytery, the stucco decorations, the paintings by Lana and the choirs. Unfortunately open only on weekday mornings, close to Mass.
