Portate avanti il vostro lavoro con dedizione e lo si vede dal vostro sguardo, dalle vostre premure, senza mai dimenticare che i piccoli pazienti non sono numeri, ma esseri indifesi che hanno bisogno di cure, ma anche di attenzioni e premure. Ho portato lì sia il mio gatto che il mio cane, la dedizione e l'amore che hanno dimostrato nei confronti dei miei animali è stata commovente. Non finirò mai di ringraziarli tutti
Highly qualified staff, always available thanks to the fact that they are open 24 hours a day. I found in these doctors, in addition to professionalism, a lot of humanity. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con questa recensione non voglio attaccare il lato professionale di chi lavora in questa clinica, non voglio tantomeno metterne in discussione i prezzi. Con la presente voglio stigmatizzare la totale assenza del lato umano. Trovo assolutamente incomprensibile la freddezza con la quale si comunichi al cliente, trovo inaccettabile il non comprendere che si sta parlando con persone che reputano gli animali domestici non "semplici animali", ma tutto. Determinati lavori prevedono necessariamente l'uso di un vocabolario mirato: questo non significa OMETTERE la verità dei fatti, ma condirle con un minimo, un pizzico di sensibilità. Far capire che per voi i cani, gli animali, sono solo dei preventivi, "che se non si ricoverano subito allora può essere fatale", non credo rientri perfettamente nel concetto di sensibilità ma oserei dire "di business". Mi sembra assurdo che i soldi, anche in questo caso, sovrastino i valori e l'amore che solitamente portano a svolgere questa professione. Ma, ormai, non me ne meraviglio più.
Quindi un consiglio che mi sento di dare alla luce della mia esperienza e a fronte delle innumerevoli recensioni che riportano le medesime cose da me scritte ( e a questo punto non è più un caso isolato): fatene tesoro, non storcete il naso perché il lato professionale è nullo se a mancare è quello umano. Potete essere i migliori veterinari di Palermo, ma se le vostre parole sono aride, i vostri pazienti sono numeri e non vi impegnate nemmeno nel nasconderlo, non avrete mai la stima che i professionisti meriterebbero. Pesate le vostre parole così come pesano i vostri preventivi.
With this review I don't want to attack the professional side of those who work in this clinic, nor do I want to question the prices. Hereby I want to stigmatize the total absence of the human side. I find absolutely incomprehensible the coldness with which you communicate to the customer, I find it unacceptable not to understand that you are talking to people who consider pets not "simple animals", but everything. Certain works necessarily involve the use of a targeted vocabulary: this does not mean OMITIFYING the truth of the facts, but seasoning them with a minimum, a pinch of sensitivity. Making it clear that for you dogs, animals, are just estimates, "that if they don't get hospitalized immediately then it can be fatal", I don't think it fits perfectly into the concept of sensitivity but I would dare to say "business". It seems absurd to me that money, even in this case, dominates the values and love that usually lead to this profession. But, now, I am no longer surprised.
So a piece of advice that I would like to give in the light of my experience and in the face of the countless reviews that report the same things written by me (and at this point it is no longer an isolated case): treasure it, do not turn up your nose because the professional side is null if the human one is missing. You can be the best vets in Palermo, but if your words are dry, your patients are numbers and you don't even try to hide it, you will never have the esteem that professionals deserve. Weigh your words as your quotes weigh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho letto molte recensioni prima di lasciare la mia, è vero che la clinica è cara ma personalmente preferisco pagare un po' di più e avere la professionalità fino ad oggi dimostrata che spender meno e non avere la certezza di curare i problemi del mio cane.
Inoltre il personale si è sempre dimostrato cortese e disponibile e questo è certamente un valore aggiunto.
La clinica, come ogni altra impresa di business, ha dei costi. Chiedere che un intervento di qualsiasi tipo venga fatto pro bono è come andare in un ristorante 5 stelle e chiedere di mangiare gratuitamente solo perché si ha fame. In totale disaccordo che le recensioni negative per quella che è la mia esperienza.
I have read many reviews before leaving mine, it is true that the clinic is expensive but personally I prefer to pay a little more and have the professionalism demonstrated to date that I will spend less and not be sure to cure my dog's problems.
Furthermore, the staff has always been courteous and helpful and this is certainly an added value.
The clinic, like any other business enterprise, has costs. Asking for an intervention of any kind to be done pro bono is like going to a 5-star restaurant and asking to eat for free just because you are hungry. Totally disagree with the negative reviews for what my experience is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi chiedo per quale ragione continuate a lamentarvi dei prezzi. È una clinica veterinaria privata, non un pronto soccorso di una struttura pubblica. Si paga anche solo per fare "guardare" il vostro animale domestico, perché si tratta pur sempre di una visita. Personalmente ho fatto sterilizzare una cagnolina di dieci anni ed hanno saputo subito individuare il problema del mio cucciolo di Sharpei, portato in clinica di notte. Il prezzo delle prestazioni mi è sembrato giustificato da tutti gli esami effettuati e perfettamente specificati nei referti. La qualità si paga, o forse siete voi poco disposti a spendere per gli animali che dite di amare? Preferite il veterinario di provincia che anestetizza il vostro amico a quattro zampe senza prima accertarsi se possa reggere l'anestesia? Andate da lui. I veterinari che lavorano all'interno della clinica Primavera hanno studiato per anni, conseguito una laurea, abilitazione e corsi di aggiornamento e chiunque abbia scelto un percorso di studi arduo può capire quanto sia mortificante sentirsi dire che non si mette passione o professionalità nel proprio lavoro. Penso che nessuno di loro sia incompetente, tantomeno poco empatico. Quelli poco empatici, piuttosto, sembrate voi, con le vostre recensioni da millennial generation che condannano a morte chi ha investito tempo e soldi in ciò che fa. Seguiteli su facebook e capirete che hanno un team di veterinari invidiabile, macchinari di ultima generazione e molti posti degenza. Io vi ho trovati competenti, amorevoli e professionali, tornerò sicuramente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è semplicemente una clinica per animali ma è "LA CLINICA" per eccellenza.Pulizia e igiene fanno da cornice a una struttura molto all'avanguardia e a un equipe di medici molto preparati,personale professionale e qualificato.
Un GRAZIE particolare alla Dott.ssa Pappalardo,che si è preso cura del mio bassotto,dalla diagnosi, al delicato intervento,era paralizzato agli arti posteriori a seguito di un'ernia discale.
Oggi sono appena passati 2 giorni l'operazione è andata bene e Ugo si regge in piedi sulle sue zampe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio gatto questa mattina per un controllo veloce. Sono uscito pochi minuti dopo con uno sguardo veloce sul problema, un rassicurante "sta bene" ed una fattura di 60 euro. Assolutamente una truffa. L'amore per il proprio animale supera sicuramente qualsiasi prezzo ma non recatevi in questa clinica se ne avete la possibilità. Mi sono sembrati veramente degli approfittatori. Metto due stelle unicamente per il personale rassicurante ma altrimenti sarebbe sicuramente una stella scarsa.
