★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuto in negozio per un cambio misura di una magliettina con etichetta e scontrino, la commessa con cui ho parlato sin da subito mi ha trattato in modo assolutamente non professionale, prendendo la magliettina in questione e cominciando ad odorarla , insisteva di non poterla cambiare solo perché non aveva secondo lei più odore "di nuovo".
Dopo averla finalmente convinta , mi ha fatto fare il cambio, solo perché mi stava facendo un "favore".
Esperienza molto imbarazzante! Non tornerò più.
I came to the store to change the size of a t-shirt with a label and receipt, the order I spoke with right away treated me in an absolutely unprofessional way, taking the t-shirt in question and starting to smell it, insisted that I couldn't just change it because she didn't have more "new" smell.
After finally convinced her, she made me change, just because she was doing me a "favor".
Very embarrassing experience! I will never come back.
