Ho ricevuto le mie foto con una settimana di ritardo, senza neanche un messaggio di avvertimento (sono andata io dopo alcuni giorni a chiedere spiegazioni). Inoltre le foto non vengono stampate a Palermo, per cui avrei potuto benissimo stamparle tramite un qualsiasi sito on line. The staff is friendly, but the service inefficient. I received my photos with a week's delay, without even a warning (after a few days I went to ask for explanations). Also the photos are not printed in Palermo, so I might as well print them through any online site.

Trovo sempre quello che cerco, e se non trovo sul momento mi assicurano a distanza di un giorno massimo. Una volta mi hanno fatto anche la cortesia di ricevere un pacco Amazon non avendo a casa mia servizio di portineria. Very useful service with regards to office activities and not only: color printer cartridges, toner, photocopies, stationery, photo printing, passport photos, old filmstrips etc., all always with extreme courtesy, kindness and availability. I always find what I am looking for, and if I do not find it at the moment they assure me a maximum of one day. Once I was also kind enough to receive an Amazon package because I didn't have concierge service at home.

Sono arrivata al negozio e il commerciante non mi ha fatta entrare dicendo che era chiuso, ho verificato l'ora, erano le 19.21 e sulla porta c'era scritto chiusura ore 19.30. Per carità, ognuno con la propria attività fa quello che vuole, ma non mi sembra un atteggiamento corretto nei confronti dei clienti e lo dico da ex commessa: rispettare gli orari è importante, altrimenti tanto vale non esporli. I had the urgency to print a boarding card for the flight early in the morning the following day, a local merchant sent me to the store telling me he would close at 7.30pm. I arrived at the store and the merchant did not let me in, saying it was closed, I checked the time, it was 7.21 pm and there was written on the door at 7.30 pm. For goodness sake, everyone with his own business does what he wants, but it does not seem to me a correct attitude towards customers and I say this as a former contractor: it is important to respect the timetables, otherwise we might as well not expose them.
